Tangy meets turmeric is how I would describe these sleep aid gummies. These slow-release sleep aid taste quite good. I'm not sure if there's turmeric in it but I definitely taste hints of it. I ate 2 of these sugar coated gummies with a cup of tea about 30 minutes before as I am winding down for bed and it definitely helped me sleep. I noticed that I don't wake up as often when taking these gummies. My body feels more relaxed and I find that I can sleep longer stretches of time. Excellent gummies. I will definitely reorder. My only critique is that though I like the sugar coated, I would prefer there wasn't any because sometimes when I do wake in the middle of night, I would like to pop one of these gummies without fear of getting a cavity. This product is made in the USA which I fully support.

Great gummy night time treat to get you ready for a deep slumber. Great for someone who has trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. Took the first night and fell right to sleep and slept for 10 hours solid when usually I would be up after a few hours tossing and turning and with the yummy mango flavor taste like candy instead of medicine. For sure recommend for your bed time routine

i take 2-3 of these and within 30 minutes i’m out! they taste good and actually leave no after taste like other ones! i can tell i sleep a lot better and the quality of sleep definitely improved but sometimes when i also mix is with my magnesium pills (it takes a lot for me to sleep i have problems) then i wake up in the night a lot so depends on the person but gummies themselves are amazing

I am an NP. I have been struggling with sleep for about 3 years. I found this product and despite the cost was intrigued by the additional ingredients and the help with cortisol release. I started with 1 gummy a night and now take 2. The product is worth the extra cost and I have recommended this product to several patients and family members. The taste varies from bottle to bottle which is strange. It is overall a citrus flavored gummy and sweet. No bad aftertaste. I am tired in the morning but not do not attribute that to this product, I am just tired in general. I am sleeping much better with this high quality product!!! Strongly recommend!

These work for me compared to Olly or Natrol. Mainly help keep me asleep longer since I work nights. Like that these have ashwagandha, l-theanine, and valerian root all in one.
