To prevent misuse of our money-back guarantee, we limit the use of this guarantee to 3 individual products for first-time purchase of that item only.
Please read through the exceptions below. A full refund of the product will be issued back to the same form of payment used, minus shipping charges (and any applicable shipping tax) per the policy below.
Exceptions:

We can only refund the original payment method. In the event that method is no longer available the refund will be forfeited.

Discounted or discontinued items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Products purchased with Rewards points are not eligible for return or refund.

Gift cards are non-refundable, and cannot be used on Subscriptions, no exceptions.

Any purchase made with a gift card is non-refundable.

We cannot process refunds to prepaid debit cards.

Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to be received by the customer although it may take longer depending on the bank or credit card company.
