Right off the bat, I know this is marketed as being for women but I believe it can also be great for men too. It uses the standardized extract of ashwagandha, KSM-66 which is amazing. The other ingredients are not only great for mood and libido but can benefit overall health and vitality as well. Let me say, it's worked both in myself (male) and my wife. It helps with stress, mood, hormonal balance from the maca and ashwagandha, and potentially some other health benefits. The pills are easy to swallow and have no flavor.

I got this primarily because upon reading about each ingredient I noted several were potentially beneficial for perimenopause symptoms.To name a few of the potential benefits, Damiana - a known aphrodisiac, Ashwagandha - mood, sleep, hot flashes, Horny Goat Weed - may increase estrogen, aid mood and libido, Red Maca - night sweats and hormone support, L-Arginine HCL - increase blood flow. Some research is needed if you are not sure if this is right for you.Overall I am liking this and have no negative effects from adding this to my routine. I think the number of doses for the price is a good deal, and the supplements seem good quality.

Well, I’m not quite sure about the libido effects, but the ingredients are excellent for stress, so I do believe this could have a positive effect. After all, when you’re stressed out, who has a libido?I am not sure where this product is made, but it does say that it is lab tested, and non-GMO, so I hope this is correct.I figure it is worth a try.

Took these for almost a month now and felt no difference. The capsules are very large as well and more often than not, hurt going down. My last straw was when it felt like it got stuck in my esophagus. So painful. Wish I could get my money back. Only a few days left so I just threw them away.Update:Even though I had a bad experience with these, the seller reached out to me without prompt & refunded my money! I didn’t think it would be possible since you can’t return these kinds of products. I’m currently trying one of their gummy products to see if that’s better for me. I like this as a more natural, subtle libido booster because I'd much rather have a supplement with a more mellow effect rather than a major jolt. This gives a nice boost after a couple of weeks, but I wouldn't be super comfortable using it for a really long time because ashwaganda doesn't have enough research for long-term safety. That being said, it works to get a habit going!
