I’ve tried a few ELMNT products and none of them disappoint. The shilajit gives me energy, only 2 capsules needed per day with food. The capsules are easier to take than the resin. Made with good quality ingredients. Will continue to use to see if there are any other added benefits.

They come in capsule form, easy to take. I am glad they are vegan friendly too (no gelatine). I believe with consistancy taking the proper dosage daily, will make a big difference in my overall energy level, as I can already tell the slight different when taking them. Overall a good product, and worth the price.

I will recommend this to all of my male athletes. Increase testosterone, energy, stamina and performance. I’m a female Master trainer and I can say that I feel such a grounded strength and clean source of power with no jitters. Also, I am quite calm. Excellent supplement. It’s a tough pill to swallow but worth it.

I think this is a good supplement for improved wellness. At first when I started using this product; I didn't notice any significant difference. After a couple days I did feel a little more energy and some improvements to recovery while working outdoors throughout the day.The pill itself is average with most other supplements but some type of liquid needs to be available for me to swallow them effectively. There is no significant taste or after taste when taking this product.Overall I would recommend this product for those seeking increased energy!

To be honest i wasn't really expecting much from these and ONLY after reading the high reviews i decided to try them out. I am really sensitive to stimulants because i have heart issues so i was pretty hesitant when choosing these. That being said, after a couple of days i started noticing that i definitely had more energy amd most importantly WITHOUT the jitters!! They dont cause my heart rate to rise or blood pressure to change. Thats a huge plus to me! And like other reviews ive read i do get better sleep at night. All i can say is wow! I'll be definitely ordering these again when i get close to running out.
