This is my second order of the total focus and calm. I really like the nighttime ones because my prescription medicine interrupts my sleep, but these help me naturally fall asleep and stay asleep. I like the boost of the AM ones because it’s a natural boost without the jitters.

I’ve taken the PM calm capsules and they have the kind of things I would take individually- GABA, magnesium, ashwagandha. They seem to be effective at calming and I sleep well afterwards.I like the claim that they are 3rd party tested, and normally I’d knock off a star as I don’t see any evidence, but these capsules don’t have any proprietary blends which is fantastic.I haven’t tried the AM capsules as 150mg caffeine is too much for me, but they have the kind of other ingredients I would take.Also, they look awesome!

They do what they promise a little too well - I took two of the total focus at 6am and it's 7:45pm and I still haven't come down. The total calm & ashwagandha tea makes me feel mellow and able to wind down in the evening.

I took sublingual magnesium & two of the total calm and ashwagandha tea & it’s making me feel mellow and I’m able to wind down for the evening. I would suggest if you’re a newbie to nootropics like I am try taking one capsule of the Focus instead of two. I’m only doing that going forward because although I was focused and actually accessed part of my brain that i thought adhd & menopause forever censored as far as recall & not struggling for words and adjectives and could hold a conversation without sputtering out sentence fragments the whole time.. I have yet to ‘crash’ like I normally do by the time I leave work & I realize that the dosage was too much this morning.. but all in all i definitely recommend.

Used to drink 3-4 cups of coffee to stay awake. It wrecked my stomach. Now I take the AM pill and it’s steady energy with none of the stomach upset. The PM one is my favorite, helps me actually relax without feeling drugged.
