This is my 2nd review, but this brand and this product deserves all the hype and praise!! This collagen is specifically for those who want to lose weight and “BURN” fat. It contains 10G Multi collagen peptides of each type I-V. It also includes the brands special weight management complex of green tea, ashwaganda and apple cider vinegar. All are well known and studied to help with overall health, digestion and weight management/weight loss.This complex not only helps you with your overall health, but it helps your gut health, as well helps to improve your hair, skin and nails. I have noticed less hair fall since adding this to my daily routine. I’ve also noticed my skin looks clearer, brighter and less dull. My nails have grown so fast too and are no longer brittle.I cannot recommend this product enough! It’s super affordable and the quality of top notch!! I have noticed so many improvements in my gut health, hair, skin and nails since incorporating this product into my daily routine and when I last ran out I noticed a huge difference immediately.I recently started taking it again and within two weeks the difference is so noticeable. I will never run out again.I have also tried the unflavored and flavored. Both are nice, but I do prefer the unflavored bc I can add to my coffee, teas or water, where as the flavored one you’re limited to what you can add it to. Although, if you prefer to have a product to add to your water only the flavor one is perfect for you and I believe is a little less as far as cost goes.The brand often runs sales on this product, so be sure to check the site often or set a notification for this product specifically so you will be notified when it goes on sale.Lastly, this collagen powder mixes well and easily into hot or cold beverages. Love love love it!! When I took this Oder daily for 3 months I had a 10 pound weight loss. I absolutely know the weight loss is because of adding this collagen powder to my regular daily routine.
